Production Time?
Standard production time is 7 to 10 working days after order and proof approval are received. However, custom designed products and/or overseas productions can take longer. RUSH services are available, please call us at 480-275-6403 or e-mail info@tspromo.net if you have an event requiring expedited production.
Written Price Quotes?
Email us with your request at info@tspromo.net and we’ll provide you with a written quote.
Shipping Time & Method?
Standard shipping is UPS Ground, estimated at 2 to 5 working days. Expedited shipping is available. Please call or e-mail us if you require a freight quote. Orders are shipped to street addresses. Please do not provide PO Boxes.
Set-Up Charges?
Each product has its own set-up charge which is dictated by the imprint method. Examples of imprint methods are screen print, embroidery, laser engrave, and emboss.
Payment Methods?
Company or certified check, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Full prepayment or a 50% deposit may be required on initial orders.
Artwork Requirements
Vectorized electronic files created in Adobe Illustrator saved as Illustrator EPS (encapsulated post script) or AI (Adobe Illustrator) files for PC. Convert all text to outlines.
These WILL NOT Work: .jpg / .jpeg /.gif / .tiff / .png / .bmp (bitmap) / or images inside Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, or images taken off of a website...
These files tend to be pixilated and would need to be recreated by our artist.
Please do not change a file format to an ".eps" extension. This does not change the file type and will not work. For a fee, our graphic artist can assist you in creating the required art files, make design adjustments to your current artwork and/or create logo designs. Contact us for a quote.
